Mama Chats is a monthly meeting providing information and resources to moms of the valley. The gatherings focus on topics that all moms will benefit from, but especially those experiencing their fourth trimester (first 3 mths following birth of baby)
Mama Chats provides:

✔support in navigating the postpartum experience
✔information and resources to support your physical, emotional and mental health
✔a safe place to share your story
✔a platform for discussions that are important to have, especially during postpartum

Join Dr. Robyn for this workshop to learn what makes up your core and pelvic floor, importance of healthy function of both and how to connect to both! This workshop is perfect for female athletes, new moms, experienced mamas and any woman! If you experience incontinence, pain with sex, discomfort with toileting, diastasis recti, pelvic pain or suspect pelvic organ prolapse, this workshop is a must!
WORKSHOP INFO: The workshop is very informative and you will leave with a renewed and increased knowledge about your body. There will be time for you to get connected to your core and pelvic floor with instruction & assistance. Dr. Robyn will be there to provide one on one assistance and to answer your core and pelvic health questions. No question is "TMI"
